End User License Agreement
Bravio Biomed
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
1. Who This Agreement Is Between
This EULA is between you, an individual User accessing the Bravio Service (whether as a technician, administrator, or other authorized personnel of a Tenant), and Bravio Biomed ("Bravio," "we," "us"). It applies regardless of whether you access the Service through a web browser or a Bravio mobile application.
Your right to use the Service is granted to you by virtue of your Tenant's Subscription. Your Tenant Administrator controls your access and may suspend or revoke it at any time. Nothing in this EULA creates a direct billing relationship between you and Bravio.
2. License Grant
2.1 Subject to your compliance with this EULA and your Tenant's good standing under the Terms and Conditions, Bravio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service, solely for the purpose of performing your role on behalf of your Tenant.
2.2 This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service, and does not extend to any use on behalf of any organization other than the Tenant that authorized your account.
3. Your Account and Conduct
3.1 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your individual account.
3.2 You agree to use the Service only as authorized by your Tenant and only for legitimate business purposes related to your role. You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access data belonging to a Tenant other than the one that authorized your account.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control feature of the Service.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit content you are not authorized to handle, including any patient health information (see Section 6).
- Share your individual login credentials with any other person.
4. Mobile Application Permissions
Where you access the Service through a Bravio mobile application, the app may request device permissions to support specific features, including: camera access to attach photographs to assets and service reports; location access to timestamp and verify on-site work order visits; and notification permissions to deliver work assignment alerts. Each permission is used only for the feature it supports, and you may decline a permission at the cost of that feature's functionality, subject to your Tenant's own expectations of your role.
5. Data You Enter
5.1 Any data you enter into the Service while acting on behalf of your Tenant is Tenant Data and belongs to your Tenant, not to you personally. Your Tenant Administrator, not Bravio, is generally the party responsible for that data and for responding to requests concerning it.
5.2 Bravio's handling of information collected about you as a User — such as your name, email, and usage data — is described in our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Feedback. If you send Bravio suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant Bravio an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback to improve the Service, without any obligation to you.
6. No Patient Health Information
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, and all software, designs, trademarks, and content within it, are owned by Bravio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in this EULA transfers any of that ownership to you.
8. Term and Termination
8.1 This EULA remains in effect for as long as you are authorized to access the Service. Your access ends automatically when your Tenant Administrator removes your account, your Tenant's Subscription ends, or you violate this EULA or the Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Bravio may suspend or terminate your individual access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this EULA, compromised the security of the Service, or accessed data you were not authorized to access.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
10. Relationship to Other Agreements
This EULA works together with, and does not limit, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a commercial provision of the Terms and Conditions (such as fees, subscription duration, or contracting-party obligations) conflicts with this EULA, the Terms and Conditions control as between Bravio and the Tenant. If a provision governing your individual conduct as a User conflicts, this EULA controls.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above, and, where required by law, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
12. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in Sections 17 and 18 of the Terms and Conditions.
