About Us

The team behind Bravio

We build the operating system for biomedical equipment service — CMMS, field service management, and compliance reporting in one platform.

Who we are

Bravio is built by Nevolabs, a software company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, founded in 2024. We are a small product team that works directly with independent biomedical service organizations (ISOs), biomed repair shops, and hospital HTM departments — the people who keep medical equipment safe and running.

Why we only build for biomed

Generic field service tools treat a defibrillator like a furnace. Biomedical service work is different: device risk classifications, PM programs, ISO 13485 documentation, and audit trails that surveyors actually inspect. Rather than build a generic tool for every industry, we chose to build one platform that understands medical equipment service deeply — from the asset registry to the signed service report. That focus is the product.

How we work

The platform runs today — asset registry, work orders, PM scheduling, rapid inspections, signed, audit-trailed service reports, and invoicing. We work with a small number of independent biomedical service companies at a time, as design partners: they show us how a real service week runs, and that sets the roadmap. It is a deliberate trade. Fewer customers, each one close enough that the people writing the code know their equipment list by name. Pricing we go through openly on the first call, sized to the shop you actually run.

Talk to us

If you run or work in an independent biomed shop, book a 30-minute call — you will speak with the people who build the product, not a sales team. Bring your PM list, your inspection form, and the report your customers expect to receive. We will show you how Bravio handles them, and tell you plainly if it does not fit yet.
